CamCard is a new feature for FM or EU large facilities for precise filter representation as well as the management of simple and effective reorders and associated upgrades or optimizations.

Yes, personal data on myCamfil.de is transmitted in encrypted form and is thus protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY


16. How do I know when my goods will be delivered?
You will receive an order confirmation with each order. This will include the outgoing delivery date. Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days after the outgoing delivery date. For prepayment orders, a delivery date will be determined only after the full invoice amount has been received.

17. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the freight volume.

18. What can I do if my delivery is incomplete?
